- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of The New Homes Agent Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram and Facebook.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person per platform. Multiple entries from the same person on the same platform will be disqualified. You CAN submit two entries by entering the competition on both Facebook and Instagram.
- The closing date for entry will be 31st December 2022 11:59 pm GMT. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
- The rules of the competition are as follows: follow @thenewhomesagentuk Instagram page, like the post and tag three accounts in the comments, AND/OR follow @thenewhomesagent Facebook page, like the post and tag three people in the comments.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any new catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify entrants of any changes to the competition as soon as possible.
- The prize is a ‘sell your home for free coupon’ which can be used on any property in the east midlands with a value up to £1,000,000.
- The advertised ‘maximum prize value’ of £12,000 is calculated as a 1.2% fee (Including VAT) of a £1,000,000 property.
- If the coupon is used on a property of a lesser value than the maximum value of £1,000,000, no additional cash incentive, or any other form of incentive or prize will be awarded to the winner
- The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
- The prize can be transferred to a family member or a friend
- Entrants do not need to be a homeowner.
- The coupon can be used on any property, new or resale, in the East Midlands region with a value up to £1,000,000.
- The coupon does not need to be used on a property owned by the winner
- TNHA premium marketing package includes professional standard photographs, property video (including drone footage), custom brochure, floorplan creation, listing to be featured on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket.
- Viewings are not included in this coupon. All property Viewings to be carried out by the property owner.
- One winner will be chosen at random by a third-party software.
- The winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
