Our tale begins with our founder Ben, a visionary who saw beyond the limitations of traditional real estate models, who took a leap of faith and launched into the digital-first landscape. With a singular focus on new homes, we began our journey with high spirits and the desire to create a legacy in the emerging world of online estate agency.
The twists and turns of innovation led us to redefine our approach. While we initially started off to compete with the swarm of succesful online estate agencies, we soon discovered the new homes market was a beast of a different nature. It demanded more than just a digital handshake; it required a harmonious blend of human interaction, extensive expertise, and an unquenchable passion for the craft. And so, the metamorphosis began.
Our dynamic duo, Ben and Rosie, led the transformation, creating a team that wasn’t just another cog in the machine but a vibrant symphony of unique skills and diverse personalities. Our humble beginnings in Lincolnshire expanded to the historic lanes of Nottinghamshire, and now we’ve set our sights on the broader canvas of the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.
Our path to success hasn’t been a straight highway; it’s been a thrilling roller-coaster ride. Within three years, we celebrated the monumental milestone of having 100 properties on the market, proving that we were no flash in the pan. In 2022, we held our heads high as we were crowned ‘Agent of the Year’ at the Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property awards. Each accolade a testament to our relentless pursuit of excellence and our commitment to disrupt the status quo.

The New Homes Agent Limited is a full member of The Property Ombudsman which is authorised by the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team (formerly the Office of Fair Trading) to offer redress to Estate Agents’ customers under the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007. The Property Ombudsman provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between agents and consumers who are actual or potential buyers or sellers or landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK.
